Cancellation Policy

NO SHOW POLICY: Life is unpredictable, we get it! Sometimes plans need a little shake-up. Just a heads up, if you need to cancel, the earlier the better. We're all about being chill if you miss your appointment once. But, after round two, the online booking privilege takes a little break. No worries, though! Just dial us up at the Parlor, give us a $20 deposit (that'll go towards your service tab), and you're good to go. Thanks a million for being awesome and understanding.
