Noel has been rocking hairstyles for a whopping 9 years! When she's not wowing with hair magic, she's whipping up delicious cakes with intricate decorations. This artistic and crafty soul thrives in the great outdoors, where she and her family practically live in the summer. Her heart belongs to her kids, making family time her top priority.
